Real Estate Services of Duluth has been serving the Duluth area since 1981, and has been in its current location at 1018 East 4 th Street since 1987. The company was formed by 6 REALTORS that wanted to create a company dedicated to customer care and personalized service. Through the years ownership has changed, and now it is solely owned by Karen Pagel Guerndt who purchased the company in January 2005.
Real Estate Services of Duluth is a member of the Duluth Area Association of Realtors, the Minnesota Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Lakeside/Lester Park Business Association.
